Where do support requests go?

As Geek Wyrld evolves, our support forums will increase in number. Over time, appropriate (okay yipeee! I can spell) forums will appear with discussions relevant to any general problem.

If you have subscribed to submit a support request but don't know the appropriate forum for submission, this is a good forum to look for that correct forum. We could address problems in chaos and that would be fitting, but … the real benefit of Geek Wyrld would be diluted in such disorderly support.

If an appropriate forum needs creation, an administrator will step in to create the forum and advise of that creation. Out of chaos comes order. If a best forum exists, someone will surely let you know.

Don't worry for placing requests in a wrong forum. Someone in authority will move it as needed. Scolding for off-topic posts is unforgivable; but well-organized support will help others find needed solutions from our growing archive of solutions.
